Describe what the vehicle does
Instead of guessing at a diagnosis, explain what happens when you try to start or move the car. Does it crank, select a gear or show warning lights? When did it last run normally?
A scan report or mechanic’s note can help if you already have one. You do not need to pay for new diagnostics just to contact us.
Prepare the parking location
Tell us whether the wheels roll, whether the keys are available and whether another vehicle blocks access. Underground parking, narrow lanes and locked wheels can change the pickup plan.
These details are confirmed before an appointment so the correct collection arrangement can be made.
Questions about this service
Will you consider a car with a failed engine?
Yes. Engine problems are reviewed together with the rest of the vehicle’s condition and value.
What if the wheels do not roll?
Tell us before pickup. Locked wheels or damaged suspension may require a different arrangement.
Can the car remain in my driveway until pickup?
Yes. After a sale and time are agreed, it can normally stay where it is until collection.
