By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the site.
2. Quote requests are free and non-binding
Submitting a vehicle quote request does not require you to sell the vehicle, and it does not require Buy My Car Now to purchase it. Website estimates, discussions and preliminary offers may change after the vehicle, ownership, condition, kilometres, history or other relevant details are verified.
A transaction is final only after both sides agree to the vehicle, price, payment, paperwork and pickup terms.
3. Information you provide
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and to disclose known damage, mechanical concerns, missing parts, ownership issues, liens or financing that may affect the sale.
4. Authority to sell the vehicle
You must be the registered owner or have lawful authority from the owner to sell the vehicle. Before a purchase is completed, we may request ownership documents, valid identification and information about any lien or financing.
A financed vehicle or vehicle with a lien cannot be treated as clear ownership until an acceptable payoff or release process is confirmed.
5. Contact about your request
When you submit a quote request, you ask us to respond using the phone number provided, including by call, SMS or WhatsApp. You may ask us to stop messaging you at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply.
6. Pickup, paperwork and payment
Pickup availability, timing, towing or collection requirements and payment method are confirmed for each transaction. Do not drive a vehicle that may be unsafe. Remove personal belongings and licence plates, and keep copies of signed transaction documents.

7. Website content and availability
